South Africa

We are planning a trip to South Africa in late fall 2020.

Dr. Adam Beckett and Dr. Errol Visser will be joining two South African doctors to teach at Hospital Geral Mavalane in Maputo. This trip will be closed to other team members at this time.

Tappita, Nimba County, Liberia

We will build an urgent care clinic onto the main Jackson F. Doe Hospital. Our team will provide health clinics along with members of the Liberian health authorities as well as participating in an academic conference with the local medical school.

Bama, Guangxi Province, China

This trip involves Global First Responder members and volunteers traveling to China to provide medical and humanitarian aid to locals. Our volunteers offer medical clinics and health education classes and engage in community service projects for the area. We work with local physicians to provide primary health care for all ages. The health education classes cover general hygiene, disease prevention, infant care, CPR, and first-aid training.
