The Association of Baptists for World Evangelism, an independent mission agency based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has healthcare ministries throughout the world, which include full-service hospitals, mobile and itinerant medical clinics, crisis pregnancy centers, and community health evangelism teams.

Volunteer anesthesiologists, dentists, dental hygienists, hospital administrators, midwives, nurse practitioners, nurses, obstetricians and gynecologists, pediatricians, pharmacists, and physical therapists, physicians, physician assistants, and surgeons are needed.

Missions International has been able to provide much needed medical care in remote areas and disaster zones by teaming up with volunteer doctors, dentists, nurses, etc.

Pan African Academy of Christian Surgeons

Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons is a nonprofit organization that exists to train and disciple African surgeons to glorify God and to provide excellent, compassionate care to those most in need.

Christian surgeons, radiologists, anesthesiologists, gastroenterologists, and pathologists are needed as volunteers.

Operation Blessing International is a nonprofit humanitarian organization dedicated to demonstrating God’s love by alleviating human need and suffering in the United States and around the world. Strategic relief is provided in 39 countries on an ongoing basis through core programs such as disaster relief, medical aid, hunger relief, vulnerable children and orphan care, clean water, and community development.

Doctors, nurses, dentists, oral surgeons, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other medical professionals volunteer on medical and dental teams that work to sustain patients who have suffered the devastation of disaster and are in need of medical and dental treatment.

CURE International

CURE International is a nonprofit Christian healthcare network that operates charitable hospitals and programs in underserved countries worldwide.

CURE International sends volunteer healthcare professionals to serve, teach, and mentor their in-country staff, as well as provide continuity of care during a leave of absence.

Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders is an international medical humanitarian organization working in nearly 70 countries to assist people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe. 

A wide variety of volunteers are needed: physicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, specialists in infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, and TB, surgeons, nurse midwives, certified midwives, licensed mental health specialists, anesthesiologists, nurse anesthetists, pharmacists, obstetricians/gynecologists, epidemiologists, operating room nurses, and laboratory technicians.
