HealthCare Ministries (HCM) is the international medical evangelism outreach of Assemblies of God World Missions. HCM serves the international community in the areas of health education, psychosocial Intervention, disability awareness, community health evangelism, medical, dental, optical, pharmacy, and disaster response.

Association of Baptists for World Evangelism

The Association of Baptists for World Evangelism, an independent mission agency based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has healthcare ministries throughout the world, which include full-service hospitals, mobile and itinerant medical clinics, crisis pregnancy centers, and community health evangelism teams.

Volunteer anesthesiologists, dentists, dental hygienists, hospital administrators, midwives, nurse practitioners, nurses, obstetricians and gynecologists, pediatricians, pharmacists, and physical therapists, physicians, physician assistants, and surgeons are needed.

United Ukrainian American Relief Committee

A Unites States nonprofit also registered with USAID, the United Ukrainian American Relief Committee strives to make Ukraine a better place by lending it a helping hand.

Ukraine Relief is a California-based non-profit organization created to provide aid to those who were affected by the war in Ukraine.

You can help with financial contribution, donating lightly used clothing, volunteering, or contributing in any other way you can.

Save Ukraine Now

Save Ukraine Now, a nonprofit organization in Tucker, Georgia, was launched to alleviate Ukraine’s humanitarian catastrophe. 

Joining a medical team is reserved primarily for healthcare professionals and/or those pursuing medicine as a career.

Nova Ukraine

Nova Ukraine is a California-based non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about and providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Volunteers with various backgrounds, talents, skill levels, and expertise are needed.

Siloam Christian Ministries

The goal of Siloam Christian Ministries, a UK registered charity, is to meet people’s needs by bringing medical aid, education, and social relief in partnership with local workers.

Global Healing

Global Healing—a nonprofit organization based in Berkeley, California—is dedicated to improving health systems in resource-constrained parts of the world.

Rather than provide short-term care, Global Healing’s volunteers provide training to local medical professionals that will have lasting impact.

European Frontier Foundation

European Frontier Foundation is a UK registered charity supporting humanitarian projects in Ukraine and working to save lives of servicemen and civilians. The foundation delivers first aid kits, supports local hospitals and ambulance services, and facilitates rehabilitation of people with injuries caused by acts of terrorism and use of battlefield weapons. The foundation also pursues various projects of humanitarian nature which promote normalization of the living conditions of those affected by war.

Eastern European Outreach

The goal of Eastern European Outreach—a charity registered in the UK—is to spread the Gospel of Jesus throughout the world by direct evangelism and a wide scale of care projects.

Each year, Eastern European Outreach organizes group trips to Albania, Moldova, Ukraine, and Romania. The teams give help and support to local churches, orphanages, hospitals, and Roma camps.

Burnt Hickory Baptist Church has volunteer opportunities for healthcare workers on international medical missions and locally in Georgia.

California Association to Aid Ukraine

California Association to Aid Ukraine is an all-voluntary, non-profit organization based in Southern California that channels local support and fundraising for the people of Ukraine.

All for Ukraine

The mission of All for Ukraine is to catalyze the lives of the most vulnerable groups in Ukraine by meeting their immediate needs and setting up long-term solutions to stabilize their economy for internal growth. 
As a non-profit organization, All for Ukraine relies on the compassion and talents of volunteers worldwide. The agency is looking for innovative medical professionals (doctors, nurses, hospital management experts, human resource experts) who can help or consult Ukraine.

Ukrainian Children’s Aid and Relief Effort

Ukrainian Children’s Aid and Relief Effort  is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life and health of children residing in the Ukrainian orphanage system and to create opportunities for these children to reach their maximum potential. Currently, the primary focus is on the medical and educational needs of orphaned children in Ukraine.

Members participate in summer camp programs for orphans in Ukraine by working as volunteer camp counselors, doctors, and workshop leaders.

Chernobyl Children International

Chernobyl Children International (CCI) was established to give support and hope to children living in the aftermath of the 1986 Chernobyl Nuclear disaster.

As a charitable, non-profit organisation, CCI relies heavily on the contribution of thousands of volunteers. Volunteers in the medical programme include doctors, nurses, surgeons, and dentists who offer their time and talents to provide medical treatments and hospice care to the children of Chernobyl.

Canada Ukraine Foundation

Canada Ukraine Foundation is the foundation arm of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress. The foundation was established at the 18th Ukrainian Canadian Congress in order to coordinate, develop, organize, and deliver assistance projects generated by Canadians and directed to Ukraine.

Advanced Medical Care for Ukraine

Advanced Medical Care for Ukraine is a nonprofit that provides medical care for patients in Ukraine who are unable to find or afford advanced medical treatment and for patients with complicated or life-threatening diagnoses.

A wide variety of medical volunteers provide treatment services as well as serve as educators.

International Children’s Heart Foundation

International Children’s Heart Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide free cardiac surgery to kids in developing countries while providing education to local teams.

Medical mission trips are made up of volunteer medical professionals with experience working with pediatric cardiac surgical patients, including pediatric cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, OR nurses, pediatric cardiologists, ICU nurses, intensivists, and respiratory therapists. Urgently needed are pediatric surgeons, pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists, OR nurses, and RNFAs with cardiac experience.

Children’s HeartLink

Children’s HeartLink is a nonprofit organization whose purpose and aspiration is to assure that children around the world have access to quality care for the treatment of heart disease.

Volunteers are needed for cardiac training visits or on-site training and education. Medical volunteer teams include experienced pediatric cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, intensivists, intensive care nurses, and respiratory therapists.

Smiles International Foundation

Smiles International Foundation is an America charity which organizes and provides charitable surgical care for underprivileged children internationally and domestically.

Healthcare professionals may apply to volunteer in California, Africa, India, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Mexico, or Ukraine.

HOPE worldwide

HOPE worldwide is a non-profit, faith-based volunteer program focusing on leadership training and community service throughout the world. It brings people from all different backgrounds together to work across the globe serving the world’s poor.

Radiologists Without Borders

Radiologists Without Borders is a nonprofit organization that delivers radiological services to those in need.

Radiologists are needed to volunteer teleradiology services. Doctors who specialize in oncology, women’s health, orthopedics, and surgery may be needed to help develop comprehensive programs at project sites. 

Christian Sports Medicine Alliance

Christian Sports Medicine Alliance is a nonprofit whose mission is to make God known in and through sports medicine by equipping, educating, and serving.

Sports medicine professionals are needed as volunteers for international mission trips as well as for events domestically in Texas and South Carolina.

Baptist Medical Dental Fellowship

Baptist Medical Dental Fellowship is a nonprofit network for U.S. and international Christian healthcare missions. It works primarily but not exclusively with the worldwide Baptist community. Areas of ministry include U.S. and international healthcare projects, disaster relief, and support ministries for career healthcare missionaries, student/resident scholarships for healthcare projects, and networking.
